Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed the following business day, excluding US public holidays.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders over $500. Expedited services, including FedEx Express, are charged at the rate selected at checkout. Orders under $500 are charged standard shipping at the rate shown at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority, FedEx, or UPS. International orders ship via DHL Express. Customers in the UK may choose between USPS and DHL Express. All other international destinations require DHL Express.
Express Shipping
Express options are available at checkout and are charged at the rate you select. The complimentary shipping offer on U.S. orders over $500 applies to standard shipping only. Sai Sankoh is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries once a package has been dispatched with valid tracking.
International Orders
Customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Sai Sankoh does not collect or reimburse these charges. The complimentary shipping offer applies to U.S. orders only.
Estimated Delivery
Our carriers provide estimated delivery windows — these are estimates, not guarantees, with the exception of FedEx Express. During peak seasons, holidays, and sale periods, please allow additional time for processing and transit. We appreciate your patience.
Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Orders can be tracked directly through the carrier's website. Our team is available to assist during business hours and responds within 24 to 48 hours.
