Standard shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders over $500. Expedited services, including FedEx Express, are charged at the rate selected at checkout. Orders under $500 are charged standard shipping at the rate shown at checkout.

Available carrier services and delivery speeds are shown at checkout and vary by destination. U.S. orders may be offered Standard, DHL, UPS, or FedEx services. International options are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Express options are available at checkout and are charged at the rate you select. The complimentary shipping offer on U.S. orders over $500 applies to standard shipping only. Sai Sankoh is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries once a package has been dispatched with valid tracking.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Sai Sankoh does not collect or reimburse these charges. The complimentary shipping offer applies to U.S. orders only.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Orders can be tracked directly through the carrier's website. Our team is available to assist during business hours and responds within 24 to 48 hours.
