Exchanges
If a piece isn't what you hoped, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for online store credit. Store credit never expires, so your next favorite is always waiting.
To keep every piece pristine for the woman who receives it next, returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Complete with all original tags securely attached
- Free of stains, scents, alterations, or any signs of wear
- Email our team at info@saisankoh.com to begin your return.
- Write your order number clearly on the outside of your package.
- Ship your piece back using a trackable method, with return shipping at your expense.
We issue online store credit for eligible returns — we do not offer refunds. Credit is granted for the value of the returned item once it's received and inspected. Taxes and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Hoping for a different size, color, or style? Simply note it in your return request and we'll take care of the rest.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If your requested piece is unavailable, we'll issue online store credit so you can choose again.
Because our pieces are limited and rarely restocked, the following are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit:
- Final sale merchandise
- Clearance items
Every order leaves our Dallas atelier new and thoroughly inspected, free of defects or damage.

International returns and exchanges follow the same guidelines. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and related fees.
