Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your clothing item(s), you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order for online store credit only.

 

Condition of Item(s)

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Have all original tags securely attached.
• Be free of stains, odors, damages, or any signs of wear.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of your return package.
3. Ship your item(s) back using a trackable shipping method at your own expense.

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.
Eligible returns submitted within the return window will receive online store credit for the value of the item(s) returned.
Please note: Taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, an online store credit will be issued.

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Final sale merchandise
• Clearance items

All items shipped from our facility are new and thoroughly inspected to ensure they are free from defects or damage.

International orders follow the same return and exchange guidelines.
