At Sai Sankoh, our made-to-order production time ensures every kaftan and resort piece receives the care and craftsmanship it deserves. Most garments are completed within 2–4 weeks, which includes fabric cutting, construction, embellishment, quality control, and final packing.
For bespoke designs or intricate pieces with hand-beading or embroidery, production may take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. This made to order lead time allows us to maintain high standards while minimizing waste and overproduction.
