At Sai Sankoh, customer satisfaction is our priority. Most ready-to-wear items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging. This returns and exchanges policyensures fairness and quality for every customer.
Items altered, personalized, or marked as final sale (clearly noted on the product page) cannot be returned. Pre-order and made-to-order garments follow a different policy — usually eligible for exchanges or store credit only, due to their custom production nature. Please review each item’s details before purchasing.
To initiate a return, visit our Sai Sankoh returns portal or contact our customer care team with your order number. Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect. For international returns, please note that customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
