Withdraw from contract (EU and UK)

For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to cancel it for any reason. Use this form, or simply email info@saisankoh.com saying you want to cancel your order. Either way works.

What happens next

• We confirm your withdrawal by email, with the date and time we received it.
• Send the pieces back within 14 days of your request, unworn, with tags attached, using a tracked service. Return shipping is at your cost.
• We refund the pieces and the standard delivery charge to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. We may wait until the pieces arrive back, or until you send proof you shipped them.
• Duties and import taxes are charged by customs and the carrier, not by us, so we can't refund them.
