How One Size Fits 0–24
—Sizes 0–6: the kaftan reads as full and dramatic. Most petite women belt it at the waist or wear it open over the matching pants so the volume looks intentional. Length falls to the ankle on most heights; shorter women wear it with a heel or have the hem taken up (a simple straight hem, any tailor).
—Sizes 8–14: the sweet spot. The drape skims without clinging, the sleeve falls just past the elbow, and the kaftan does the work on its own. Belt it or don't.

Will it look like a tent on a size 2?
Not if you belt it or wear it over the matching pants. Petite women often tie the waist or let it flow open; both read as intentional.
