The Archive
The
Archive
Six chapters. Twenty-six retiring prints. One final release.
No Restocks · No Reorders · Retired ForeverThese prints are being retired permanently from the Sai Sankoh archive. Once sold out, they will never be produced again. No exceptions.
This is not a sale.
This is a retirement.
Every print in this collection belongs to a chapter of Sai Sankoh's story. Some were designed in the chaos of building a brand from nothing. Some came from joy. Some came from fire. All of them traveled the world on the women who wore them. Now those chapters are closing — permanently. The Archive is the final chance to own a piece of that story before it becomes history.
Maybe you already
have a chapter with her.
- Maybe you wore one on your 50th birthday.
- Maybe on the vacation you almost didn't take.
- Maybe in Zanzibar when someone stopped you on the street.
- Maybe it was the first thing that made you feel beautiful again.
- Maybe you wore it on your honeymoon.
- Maybe someone sent champagne over because of it.
- Maybe it was the piece that changed how you saw yourself.
- Maybe the chapter isn't closed yet.
The Archive is open. The prints retire when the last piece sells.

Each piece from The Archive will include an Archive Card identifying the volume and chapter it came from. Not a tag. Not a label. A record. Women aren't buying clothing. They're acquiring a collectible piece from a chapter of the Sai Sankoh story that will never reopen.

Share Your Story →"These prints belong to chapters of my life. But looking at the photos women send me — I realise they also belong to chapters of yours."
The Zanzibar photos. The Dubai sunsets. The birthday kaftans worn to dinners where something shifted. The pieces that were in the room when you became more fully yourself. I designed them, but you made them mean something.
That's why I wanted to give you a chance to own them permanently before they go. Not because I'm leaving. Because these particular chapters are ready to close — and the women who move first are the ones who wear them.

Archive Questions
What does "retired" mean?
These prints will never be produced again. Not in a future season. Not in a limited restock. Not in any form. When the last piece from each volume sells, that chapter closes permanently. The word "retired" is used deliberately — these prints are being honourably discharged from the collection. They belong to their chapters.
What is the Archive Certificate?
Every piece from The Archive will ship with an Archive Card identifying the volume and chapter it came from — the print name, the volume, and the year of retirement. It is a record of the piece's place in the Sai Sankoh story. It is not a hang tag. It is a document.
When does each volume close?
Each volume closes when its final piece sells. There is no deadline date — the closing is inventory-driven, not calendar-driven. The scarcity is real. When it is gone, it is gone. Volumes are released in sequence — follow @saisankoh for volume opening announcements.
What if I already own a piece from a retiring volume?
You own a collectible. The Archive Certificate is available for existing owners — email connect@saisankoh.com with your order number and the print name and we will send you your certificate. Your piece now belongs to a closed chapter of the Sai Sankoh story.
Is this a sale?
No. Prices are not reduced. These prints are being retired at full price. A retirement is not a clearance. It is a closing chapter. The women who understand the difference are the ones who own these pieces permanently.
Can I tell Sai where I wore a piece from The Archive?
Yes — and we genuinely want to hear. Email connect@saisankoh.com with the subject "Where I Wore Her" and tell us your story. The vacation. The birthday. The moment. The best stories will be featured across the campaign and preserved as part of The Archive permanently.
