Our Dallas showroom is where the brand comes to life in person. As a Sales Associate, you are the first point of contact for the women who walk through our doors — and that experience needs to feel as considered as everything else we do. This role is for someone who genuinely loves fashion, understands luxury, and knows how to make a customer feel seen without being pushed.

• Welcome and guide customers through the collection with thoughtful, personalized styling input
• Maintain a showroom environment that reflects the brand's visual standards at all times
• Process transactions accurately and support order fulfilment for online purchases
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and restocking
• Contribute to seasonal events, collection launches, and promotional moments in-store
• Support content capture for social media where needed — behind-the-scenes, styling moments, and in-store atmosphere

• Warm, polished, and naturally at ease with people
• Genuinely passionate about fashion and the art of dressing well
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and someone who takes pride in their environment
• Previous experience in luxury or boutique retail is an advantage
• Comfortable on camera or willing to assist with social content is a plus

Every campaign we produce needs to feel like a world you want to live inside. As Art Director, you will take the creative vision for each collection and translate it into imagery, atmosphere, and visual detail that is unmistakably Sai Sankoh. You will work directly with the founder and the social media team to bring shoots to life — from concept through to final edit.

This is not a hands-off role. We want someone who is on set, in the details, and invested in the outcome.

• Develop storyboards, shot lists, and visual concepts for editorial and campaign shoots
• Lead on-set art direction — overseeing styling, set design, lighting, and composition
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and editors to ensure every visual aligns with the brand's tone
• Partner with the social media team to adapt campaign assets for digital platforms
• Oversee post-production for color grading, retouching, and narrative consistency
• Contribute to the development of the Sai Sankoh Visual Language Handbook

• A visual thinker with a strong portfolio in fashion, editorial, or luxury brand campaigns
• Experienced in directing shoots — you know how to manage a set and get the image
• Detail-obsessed with a deep sensitivity to light, composition, and tone
• Collaborative by nature but decisive when it counts
• Drawn to cinematic, globally inspired, emotionally resonant aesthetics
