The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Sales Associate to join our showroom team in Dallas. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with customers, and thrives in a stylish retail environment. The ideal candidate will not only excel in sales but also contribute to creating an exceptional in-store experience, with opportunities to assist in social media and in-store styling support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers, providing personalized styling suggestions
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
  • Assist with online order fulfillment and inventory
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with store merchandising and inventory upkeep
  • Support social media efforts by helping with photos, videos, or content ideas (if applicable)
  • Contribute to seasonal promotions, collection launches, and special events
  • Deliver excellent customer service that reflects the boutique’s brand values

Creative Director

The Role

As Creative Director, you will serve as the visionary lead shaping the brand’s creative universe — from concept to campaign. You’ll collaborate closely with Sai Sankoh, the Art Director, and the Social Media Manager to design cohesive, emotionally resonant storytelling across all brand touchpoints.

This role demands a strategic creative leader — someone who can inspire teams, translate imagination into cinematic visuals, and maintain consistency between design, photography, and digital expression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and define the overall creative vision for brand campaigns, collections, and storytelling initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Art Director to develop mood boards, campaign concepts, and editorial frameworks.

  • Partner directly with Sai to explore new design directions, fabric stories, and silhouettes that align with campaign narratives.

  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure creative direction translates effectively across platforms.

  • Direct creative production and campaign shoots — ensuring every visual element aligns with the brand’s signature style.

  • Provide creative guidance and feedback across all design, content, and marketing outputs.

  • Oversee the development of a Sai Sankoh Visual Language Handbook to unify future campaigns.

  • Mentor creative and social teams to maintain brand cohesion and excellence.

Profile & Experience

  • Proven experience in creative direction, fashion production, or luxury brand storytelling.

  • Exceptional conceptual and visual communication skills.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across campaign development, fashion imagery, and brand identity.

  • Experience leading cross-functional creative teams, including social and content departments.

  • A deep appreciation for cinematic, emotionally driven, and globally inspired aesthetics.

 

Art Director

About the Role

As Art Director, you’ll transform the brand’s creative vision into tangible, high-impact visuals. Working hand-in-hand with the Creative Director and Social Media Manager, you’ll lead the artistic execution of campaigns — ensuring every photo, video, and layout captures Sai Sankoh’s cinematic luxury and emotional storytelling.

This role suits a creative professional with an eye for composition, lighting, and design detail, and a passion for bringing concepts to life across both editorial and digital formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate the Creative Director’s vision into detailed storyboards, visual concepts, and shoot plans.

  • Lead art direction for editorial and campaign shoots — managing set design, styling, and visual composition.

  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and editors to ensure aesthetic consistency and tone.

  • Partner with the Social Media Manager to adapt campaign visuals into digital-first assets.

  • Oversee post-production for color, tone, and narrative cohesion.

  • Contribute to the Visual Language Handbook, documenting brand imagery and creative standards.

  • Support cross-department initiatives that connect product storytelling with digital presence.

Profile & Experience

  • Background in art direction, fashion photography, or creative production design.

  • Strong visual portfolio showcasing cinematic or editorial-style campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience in photoshoot direction, styling, or set coordination.
