Dallas Luxury Resortwear Boutique
Some women dress to fit in. Ours dress to be remembered. Sai Sankoh is a Dallas luxury resortwear boutique built for her — the woman who wants to be stopped by a stranger and asked where her outfit came from. Bold original prints. Flowing kaftans. Dresses made for the entrance, not the corner of the room.
Winner, 2022 FGI Dallas Rising Star Award
Eloise Goddess Kaftan
In 2024, D Magazine named Sai Sankoh Best Resortwear in its Best of Big D awards — recognition from the publication that knows Dallas style best. You can read the feature on D Magazine's Best of Big D 2024, where they called the brand "the resortwear goddess." Our work has also appeared in Essence and the Dallas Observer, and the designs have been worn by Beyoncé, Lupita Nyong'o, Gabrielle Union and Jodie Turner-Smith.
The recognition isn't new. Sai Sankoh won the 2022 FGI Dallas Rising Star Award, as noted by PaperCity — a name to know in Dallas fashion before the rest of the world caught on.
You may have even seen the work on screen. Jodie Turner-Smith wore a Sai Sankoh kaftan as Countess Sekou in Netflix's Murder Mystery 2 (2023), opposite Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston.

Two pieces D Magazine put a spotlight on
When D Magazine named us Best Resortwear, they pointed to two pieces in particular — and both are still here to shop.
The Eloise Goddess Kaftan — a bold, draped silk kaftan made for a resort dinner, a birthday entrance, or a destination wedding you will be photographed at all weekend. One size, cut to flatter, made to be noticed.
The handmade Esther bag — the kind of finishing piece that turns an outfit into a look. Handmade, distinctive, and the detail people ask about.
As seen on screen: the Iva Goddess Kaftan is the piece Jodie Turner-Smith wore as Countess Sekou in Murder Mystery 2. The same drama, drape and presence — yours to wear.

Made for the way Dallas women actually live
Dallas keeps a full calendar — brunches, galas, weddings, birthday dinners, rooftop evenings, and the vacation you plan all year for. A Sai Sankoh piece earns its place because it moves between those rooms. The kaftan you wear poolside in Cabo works again at a Dallas dinner with a heel and a bolder earring. That is the point of real resortwear: it does not only live at the beach. It lives wherever you want to feel like yourself, only more so.
Sizing runs inclusive across the collection, and the goddess silhouettes are one size by design — cut to flatter a wide range of bodies without the fuss of fit. Bring your trip, your event, or your "I have nothing to wear," and we'll build around it.

A three-story flagship, not a shop
When Sai Sankoh opened her first storefront in the Dallas Design District in 2023, D Magazine called it what it is — more than a store. It runs three floors, each its own world: a vivid first-floor showroom, a calmer second-floor VIP space, and a rooftop lounge called Rouge, dressed in red-and-white umbrellas and open to the public. The blue-and-green color scheme that runs through it is a quiet tribute — the colors of the Sierra Leone flag, where the designer is from.
She designed the space to feel like an escape rather than a checkout line. "I wanted a place that my customers could feel at home," she told D Magazine — "like a girl cave." That's the spirit of a visit here: champagne, time, the room to yourself, and help building a whole look. Walk in for one dress; leave with a wardrobe for the trip.
The Goddess of Resort Wear
It isn't a line we wrote — it's one the press keeps repeating. D Magazine named the brand Best Resortwear by D Magazine in 2024 and called Sai "the resortwear goddess." NBC's Texas Today introduced her on air as "the Goddess of Resort Wear." Two outlets, the same title, because the work earns it: original prints designed in-house, fine silks, and color that walks into the room first.
The recognition is on screens and red carpets, too. The designs have been worn by Beyoncé, Lupita Nyong'o, Gabrielle Union and supermodel Iman, and Jodie Turner-Smith wore a Sai Sankoh kaftan in Netflix's Murder Mystery 2. It's the wardrobe women reach for when they want to be remembered.
What an appointment feels like
A visit here isn't a quick errand. Book an appointment and you get the room, a glass of champagne, and time to try things properly — with someone who knows the prints, the fits and what photographs well. Tell us the occasion, whether it's a cruise, a milestone birthday, a wedding or a sorority event, and we'll pull a full look rather than hand you one dress. Most women leave with a small wardrobe and a plan for how to wear it.
The store also hosts events worth coming back for — Caviar & Kaftan evenings, Divine Nine gatherings, and private shopping nights. It's a room built to make the buying feel as good as the wearing.
